Yokasta Segura De Baez
With over 20 years of experience working in corporate finance, Yokasta understands the value of a good investment, and believes that children are our greatest investment. It was with this revelation, and the strong foundation of her faith, that she founded CASA Baez Segura Foundation.
She is a passionate leader committed to serving children around the world through joyfully celebrating them, meeting their practical needs, and above all, introducing them to Jesus. Yokasta personally knows the impact that childhood difficulties can have, and that is why she fights to protect children every chance she gets.
She also understands what donors are looking for and prioritizes ethical, efficient, and environmentally sound practices at every level in the organization. Yokasta leverages her expertise as a business leader to ensure that this non-profit operates with the highest standards.
